Caracoli is a high quality coffee house and food store. It is grounded on a passion for great food and drink which is conveyed in everything purchased, stocked and served.

Customers can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere at Caracoli as it is more than just another place to enjoy food and drink and is somewhere to broaden the mind to different tastes, textures and flavours from around the world.

Caracoli was developed by Gail & Chris Nichols. They were so inspired by what they had seen and tasted on their travels, that combining their love for fresh and high quality food and wine, they set about planting the seed that has now become Caracoli. Their son James, former manager of Hotel Du Vin in Winchester and Henley, came onboard in May 2008 with the aim of driving the business and brand forward so that it is not only customers in and around Alresford who can enjoy the unique Caracoli experience.

Caracoli brings you teas from T2 in Melbourne, olive oils from as far afield as Martinborough, New Zealand to Montepulciano, Tuscany, wine from Nabygelegen in the Cape, South Africa, Artisan Scotch Eggs from the Handmade Scotch Egg Company, quince cheeses and preserves from Quince Products, honey from BeesOnline in Auckland and much more.
