Adrian Hudson


Managing Director

With over forty years in the food and leisure industry including time at Kew Gardens, Daylesford Organic, Loch Fyne Restaurants, and Cafe Fish, our MD leads the management teams at Caracoli.  When he is not with us he is usually found sailing in the Solent.

Gail Nichols


Founder, Brand Ambassador and Retail Director

Founder of Caracoli and the inspiration and flair behind the Brand. Gail is responsible for sourcing all the wonderful foods and gifts in our Food Stores. She is a Cordon Bleu cook, mother of four, and is passionate about food, travel, photography, interior design and tennis.

Nathan Bryant


Head of Operations

Nathan joined the Caracoli team earlier this year and brings with him a wealth of experience in operations having worked in both gastro pubs as well as boutique hotels. At Caracoli he ensures everything runs smoothly both in store and behind the scenes.

When not at work, this devoted father of two, can be found cooking or attending food and drink festivals throughout the South of England.
