Adrian Hudson

Managing Director

With over forty years in the food and leisure industry including time at Kew Gardens, Daylesford Organic, Loch Fyne Restaurants, and Cafe Fish, our MD leads the management teams at Caracoli.  When he is not with us he is usually found sailing in the Solent.

Gail Nichols

Founder, Brand Ambassador and Retail Director

Founder of Caracoli and the inspiration and flair behind the Brand. Gail is responsible for sourcing all the wonderful foods and gifts in our Food Stores. She is a Cordon Bleu cook, mother of four, and is passionate about food, travel, photography, interior design and tennis.

Rob Wiggans

Head of Food

From a very young age through to qualifying as a chef Rob has put food at the forefront of his life. He and his team of real foodies enjoy tweaking and adapting recipes to create new flavours and great eating experiences. Food is also a hobby so weekends are often spent visiting local farmers markets.
