Entering a Caracoli food store you find yourself lured by a plethora of tempting foods and food items. Gail Nichols is the main buyer and she invests much energy and time in sourcing unusual and distinctive foods.

We love the idea of our customers coming to us for a spot on cappuccino but having time to wander amongst the myriad of food items that we have for sale.

Foods come from far flung places such as Australia, New Zealand and South Africa as well as from local producers. The criteria for selection not being geographical, but based on the best taste and an ability to stand out from the crowd.

Our ‘Caracoli Kitchen’ range was developed so that customers could take home food they had enjoyed in store. It has gone from strength to strength and now includes Luxury Muesli, Granola, Cereal Bars, Sweet and Spicy nuts and Home Roasted Macadamia nuts to add to the cakes such as Chocolate Fondant, Triple Ginger, Hampshire Ale and Passionfruit and Orange. Many ‘Caracoli Kitchen’ foods have won gold stars at the prestigious Great Taste Awards in 2009, 2010 and 2011.
