Coffee
We love coffee! Did you know that Caracoli is named after a coffee bean? It is a coffee bean that develops singly inside the coffee cherry, which normally contains two. The Caracoli beans grow in all regions of the world, on all types of coffee bush. Since flavour is concentrated when only a single bean is grown inside the cherry, Caracoli beans (especially Arabica) are highly prized. Caracoli serves a full range of specialist coffees from Brazil to Colombia. Caracoli House Blend and other estate coffees can be purchased pre-ground in vacuum packed bags or ground to your requirements while you wait.
